Rucker had nothing but praise for Swift’s performance, captioning the post, “Took my girls to see the legend. What an amazing show @taylorswift!!!!” It turns out Rucker has a long history with Swift, revealing in a recent Newsweek interview that he saw Swift perform with Brad Paisley back in 2007 when she was “just a baby.” “I told her, ‘You’re gonna be a superstar,'” Rucker said. “It was just obvious.” The Hootie & the Blowfish frontman went on to praise the star that Swift has indeed become, “She’s doing it the right way.
