During her performance on Sunday (November 3), Adele reflected on the memorable times she has had during her Las Vegas residency while admitting that she is sad that her run of shows is coming to an end. The 16-time Grammy winner’s last show of her Weekends With Adele residency is scheduled for Saturday, November 23 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. “This really is the beginning of the end,” Adele said from the stage. “There are no other f—ing shows. I’m not going to be like, ‘Surprise!’ This is the end.” Adele went on to say that she’s in a really good place at the moment, and these series of shows were part of the reason why. “My life is a thousand times better,” she shared. “My life, not my career, not my music. I’m talking about my actual life. And I really, truly think that this show has been my best friend throughout all of that.” (People)
