My Music Matters: A Celebration of Legends Luncheon

My-Music-Matters---Save-The-Date

The Legends Luncheon celebrates music, specifically the impact that African Americans have made on American musical culture. This concept was generated as a component of NMAAM’s “My Music Matters” campaign – an initiative featuring middle Tennessee executives, musicians, artists and community leaders describing the impact of music in each of their lives, with the goal of building awareness, momentum, and interest for a project that has local, national and international impact.  The diversity in music has seeped into American culture and is evident on artistic, business and economic levels throughout our society.

The purpose of the luncheon is to benefit NMAAM programs, a soon-to open, innovative institution that will educate, celebrate and commemorate the contributions of African Americans in American culture, particularly in the musical proficiency, in ways that have never been done before.

$125 for a single ticket or $1000 for a table of ten. For more information, e-mail [email protected]
