LaNier-Mckinnie Enterprises invites you and your congregation organization to join them at The Ananias Affect Leadership Workshop on Novemeber 9th at First Baptist Church of Murfreesboro! This event is FREE to the community and will feature a panel discussion with experts in mental health, abuse, and suicide prevention, including our special guest my pastor, Pastor James McCarroll and the Mental Health Ministry of First Baptist. Lunch will be provided.

The goal of this event is simple but profound: Healing the Body of Christ while upholding ethical leadership. This movement is born from a deep need for change within the church. Recent events have seen pastors stepping forward to apologize for their past actions, acknowledging the harm done to victims. This is a critical turning point, and we believe God is calling us to heal not only the victims but the leaders as well. This work is about breaking the chains and idols of secrecy within the Kingdom and restoring the Church in a way that honors God’s will.
