Featured Poet (Andre Anderson)- Dre the Poet: Andre Anderson loves listening to language, especially of love and life. He is a poet (founded the Poetry Jam at Indiana University South Ben in 1997). Andre received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, master’s degree from Fisk University and doctoral coursework at Trevecca Nazarene University. His dissertation, “Poetry Self Care” is designed to offer strategies for therapists and human service professionals to offset burnout and increase purposes with passion.
