Many of us have problems finding cosmetic brands that feature highly pigmented and full coverage without breaking the bank. As someone who has tried many brands and is still looking for the right look I can contest to the expense but there are dupe products with an affordable appeal that will still give you the look you’re trying to achieve without emptying your pockets.
Using a highlighter has become essential in my everyday wear but finding an affordable and long lasting one led to a lot of failed attempts until I found J. Cat’s You Glow Girl Baked Highlighter. The $9 (I KNOW RIGHT!!) highlighter is offered in many colors making it great for every complexion and has an all-day wear plus a shimmering display making it appealing to any eye. I normally apply their Twilight color to my brow bone to accentuate my eyeshadow or on the tip of my nose and I use this product every time I put on makeup. It has lasted me for 4 months now and has become one of my favorite products in my makeup bag (Gollum voice: my precious!). The other colors include cute names like Bella Rose, Moon Light, Crystal Sand, Pink Goddess, which are my next three to try.
It looks weird and it’s hard to pronounce but Elizavecca Carbonated Bubbly Clay Mask is a perfect and affordable addition to a face cleansing routine. This mask looks like mud but after leaving the unidentified colored mask on your face for 5mins it foams up which makes washing your face a fun process. I have been using this product on and off (I forget) for a few months and haven’t experienced any dryness nor acne so from my experience I think this product is worth mentioning. If you don’t mind a tickling sensation as bubbles foam on your face then this product is a must try and cost less than $15.
With products starting as low $5 Beauty Collections is a name to remember. To be more specific in their product line lets focus on their Boudoir eyeshadow palettes. This is one of the Boudoir palletes and it’s perfect for anyone looking for nude sparkling and base colors with high pigmentation. Their Boudoir collections comes at $14 on their site and is package in a beautiful box that’s wroth keeping. As a user of this palette it pops in my everyday wear and I’ve had both for maybe 6 months. I normally wear their nude colors for an everyday look and use their sparkling colors to add a glamorous effect on days my diva ways come out (it’s a lifestyle).
Let me know some of your dupe products and if tried any of these products what was your experience?
