Meet Mariah Carey…With “No Hands”!

MARIAH CAREY: A “Touch” of Diva Behavior

Mariah Carey sounds like she’s giving fans the finger — by ordering them to keep their hands to themselves during some high-priced meet-and-greets on her world tour.

A backstage source tells Britain’s Sun that people who coughed up $1000 per person for the pre-show meet-ups got a list of rules that had to be  obeyed. The snitch says, “There were strict instructions for fans. No kissing, touching, grabbing or hugging Mariah. She was allowed to touch fans, but they were told by bodyguards they weren’t to touch her.”

So far, nobody’s crossed the line because they’re just excited to meet Mariah. “But a few fans have been grumbling that it’s a bit unfair.”

Mimi isn’t the only star with meet-and-greet moans and groans. Justin Bieber just pulled the plug on every one scheduled for his Purpose tour, citing “security concerns.”
