A fan-shot video shared on X captures Adele on stage at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace discussing her painful illness. “I actually have an ear infection, which is pretty grim. I’ve never had an ear infection before,” Adele revealed. “It is the most painful thing that has ever, ever happened to me in my life — it was worse than childbirth.” The 16-time Grammy winner said her infection was caused by a “rare water bacteria,” and after being misprescribed, her new medication is “starting to work.” Adele says she is “no longer in pain, which is great.
