Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting former model Crystal McKinney.
According to TMZ, McKinney has filed a lawsuit against the hip-hop icon, claiming the incident occurred after a Men’s Fashion Week event in New York City in 2003.
McKinney claims that she went back to Diddy’s apartment, where he and his friends were reportedly drinking Hennessy and passing around joints. The former model claimed the joint was “very powerful”, as if she was floating, leading her to suspect it was laced with a narcotic.
Afterward, she claimed Diddy demanded she follow him to the bathroom, where she alleged he kissed her and forcibly initiated oral sex, despite McKinney refusing.
“In the bathroom, Combs forced himself on plaintiff and began kissing her without her consent,” the lawsuit claims. “Combs, then, shoved her head down to his crotch before commanding her to ‘suck it.’ Plaintiff refused, but Combs pushed her head down onto his phallus and forced her to perform oral sex on him.”
In the filing, McKinney says the assault made her “physically sick” and that she passed out a short time later. She woke up “in shock to find herself in a taxicab heading back to the designer’s apartment,” the suit adds.
“Due to the traumatic events,” the filing states, “plaintiff saved the unwashed clothing from that night in her closet where they remain in a plastic wrap.”
This is the sixth sexual assault lawsuit filed against Combs in six months.
