A New York City restaurant is ready to celebrate Hip-Hop’s 50th birthday this month. The eatery, called Sei Less, has launched a prix fixe menu featuring dishes with plays on Hip-Hop songs. Here are some of the selections. The crispy rock shrimp appetizer is named after French Montana’s “Unforgettable.”The “I Like It,” inspired by the Cardi B track, is Beijing chicken. Cardi had the entree during a previous visit. For dessert, you can pick from the Busta Rhymes song “I Know What You Want,” which is double chocolate mousse with chocolate sauce, or Ja Rule’s “The Last Temptation” featuring a vanilla creme brulee with raspberry and yuzu meringue.” The menu runs through the end of the month and costs $50 per person.
