Shannon Sharpe is being accused of sexual assault and battery.
A civil lawsuit filed in Nevada by Jane Doe says she and Sharpe were in a “rocky consensual relationship” for almost two years.
The woman claims that Sharpe recorded their sexual relations without her permission.
Jane Doe said the infamous live stream where Sharpe allegedly had sex with another woman was not her, but the incident was key in their breakup.
She claims that Sharpe forced her to have sex on multiple occasions and threatened to choke or slap her.
The plaintiff is seeking a minimum of $50 million in damages.
Sharpe’s attorney, Lanny J. Davis, has issued a statement calling the suit “a blatant and cynical attempt to shake down Mr. Sharpe for millions of dollars,” and that the legal filing is “filled with lies, distortions, and misrepresentations.”

Davis added that Sharpe, “categorically denies all allegations of coercion or misconduct — especially the gross lie of ‘rape’ — and will not submit to what he sees as an egregious attempt at blackmail.”
