Will Smith announced his new album, Based On A True Story, will be released on March 28, 20 years after his last album.

The album features DJ Jazzy Jeff, Teyana Taylor, and Smith’s son Jaden. The tracklist is divided into “episodes” instead of songs.

He also recently revealed that he and Prince discussed launching an entertainment company with JAY-Z, but Prince passed away just hours later.

He and JAY-Z have collaborated through their respective companies, such as Roc Nation and Overbrook Entertainment, on projects like the Emmett Till limited series and investing in Landis Technologies.

The influx of cash from the investment in Landis Technologies will go toward purchasing about 1,000 homes to rent to low-income families until they qualify for a mortgage.
