Viewers of Sunday’s American Music Awards probably wondered why the St. Lunatics appeared with Nelly if the group was suing their former leader for $50 million.
TMZ reports that all but one member of the group really wanted to be a part of the lawsuit.
Murphy Lee, Kyjuan, and City Spud did not give authorization to be included in the legal filing.
Ali Jones was the member who claimed that Nelly shut the group out of royalties.
The three other St. Lunatics want their names removed from the suit before they take legal action.
