TEYANA TAYLOR TO PLAY DIONNE WARWICK

Teyana Taylor says it’s a go for the upcoming Dionne Warwick bio-pic.

The singer and actress posted on social media “It’s official… we are funded and we have a shoot date!” She also made sure to give Warwick her flowers, writing that she has “allowed me to learn a lot about myself and the woman I am today. She has taught us tone proud of who you are… [She has] enhanced the culture. Your soul and artistry serves as an example of not only resilience and strength, but of faith and purpose.”

She also shouted out the film’s producers, including Warwick’s son, Damon Elliott.

Warwick has called the green-light “very exciting news,” wondering if any of her social media followers can “guess the rest of the cast.”
