If you’ve noticed something different about Kim Kardashian recently (besides her affinity for Balenciaga, of course), it’s probably that the reality star has decided to give up people-pleasing — and yes, that played a major role in her decision to file for divorce. During an interview with Vogue (published Feb. 9), the SKIMS founder revealed why she divorced Kanye “Ye” West, and her explanation makes a lot of sense.
“For so long, I did what made other people happy. And I think in the last two years I decided, I’m going to make myself happy. And that feels really good,” she explained. Unfortunately, that growth wasn’t conducive to her marriage to the Donda rapper. The reality star added, “And even if that created changes and caused my divorce, I think it’s important, to be honest with yourself about what really makes you happy. I’ve chosen myself. I think it’s okay to choose you.”
Apparently, this perspective is reflective of Kardashian entering a new decade of life. “My 40s are about being Team Me. I’m going to eat well. I’m going to work out. I’m going to have more fun, spend more time with my kids and the people who make me happy. I’m going to put my phone down. Unfollow if I don’t want to see something on Instagram,” she explained. “Khloé came up with the best phrase for that yesterday. She said, ‘Post and ghost.’” So maybe she didn’t see Ye’s not-too-pleasant responses to her IG story when she called him out for “trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly” after he publicly condemned North West’s TikTok? One can only hope.
Kim also opened up about how she was hoping to handle their breakup, especially when it came to being in the public eye. For her, keeping things civil was paramount. “You could be so hurt or angry at your ex, but I think in front of the kids, it always has to be, ‘Your dad’s the best,’” she told the outlet. “Make sure you are your co-parent’s biggest cheerleader, no matter what you’re personally going through.” And for the most part, it seems that she’s stuck to that rule — despite the previously mentioned IG story.
One thing that’s abundantly clear? Kim is trying to come out of her divorce as unscathed as possible — and she wants the same for her kids. So no matter where you fall on the TikTok debate, it’s hard not to root for her getting what she wants.
apparently, Julia Fox and Kanye “Ye” West are just too evolved for a monogamous relationship. Though Julia said that she and Ye called each other “girlfriend” and “boyfriend” during her Feb. 8 interview on Call Her Daddy, the duo reportedly has an open relationship. And that’s a good thing, considering Ye has been spotted out and about with Chaney Jones, an influencer known for being a Kim Kardashian lookalike.
Speaking to Page Six on Feb. 8, a source close to Julia explained the nature of their relationship, claiming, “Their bond transcends typical norms because they’re evolved beings who just want each other to be happy. There is no jealousy or bad vibes.” Transcendent or not, there seems to be some confusion about where the duo stands with one another.
On-Call Her Daddy, Julia said, “I call him my boyfriend, and he calls me his girlfriend. It just happened, and it felt very organic and not even like crazy or anything, just very natural.” And yet an insider said the opposite to Page Six on Feb. 8.
“Kanye very much likes Julia, but it’s a new situation and they aren’t boyfriend and girlfriend,” the insider claimed. “They are dating. The relationship doesn’t have a title yet. He only met her five weeks ago.” 👀
The source added, “Kanye is busy. He has his album. He’s got a million things going on work-wise. He designs, he produces, all of that takes time. And he is dealing with his divorce.” Despite his packed schedule, Ye seems to be able to make time for their romance — and his elaborate way of showing affection has prompted some concern from her friends. Apparently, buying five Birkins for Julia and her crew looks like a love-bomb-shaped red flag to some of them.
During the podcast interview, however, the actor defended the rapper. “He doesn’t have a shady, ulterior motive. I think [that’s] super crucial in the love-bombing element because in a typical narcissistic relationship, you get love-bombed, and you get isolated. But no, my friends are now with me 24/7… he’s not trying to have me to keep me for himself, locked away,” she explained. “No. He wants me to be the best version of myself like that’s always the conversation, how am I going to live up to my full potential? Which I think is amazing.” (Just a reminder that you can live up to your full potential without someone else styling you.)
Whether or not they really are boyfriend and girlfriend, let’s hope all is well in JuliYe’s world.
If there’s one thing about Julia Fox, she definitely has never backed down from addressing what’s really going on, and handles any rumors going around head-on. So of course, in true Julia Fox fashion, she recently opened up about her past as new details about her dating history have come to light, particularly those romance rumors that surfaced between her and Drake. On her Forbidden Fruits podcast, Julia Fox cleared up some things about dating Drake before Kanye West.
Fox hosts the podcast with Niki Takesh, and the two were discussing Ye, of course, but they also took the time to clarify Fox’s brief time with Drake about a year ago. “He’s a great guy and a gentleman, and that was it,” she explained. “Nothing really happened, we were just, like, friends hanging out. I wouldn’t say that we were dating.”
Drake and Fox’s friendship was kept on the down-low at the time and ended after Fox spent some time in the rapper’s Toronto home.
One of the big reasons for clearing things up is the fact that Drake and Ye have famously been in a feud for several years, although they seemed to squash their beef at the end of 2021 with a joint concert. When Drake was fresh onto the music scene, he was spotted hanging out with Amber Rose, who had just split from Ye two months before. Then, add in the fact that Ye and rapper Pusha T revealed Drake had a son and called him a “deadbeat” dad in 2018. Yikes. But, things seem to be looking up for the two rappers recently… until these Fox rumors threatened to reignite the beef.

Don’t worry about a renewed feud, though, because Fox explained that when she began seeing West she made it a point to be an open book about her past relationship with Drake. “Obviously, when I first started speaking to Ye, I told him immediately — I think on the first day before it went any further because I’m just an honest person.”
As for her relationship with Ye, the actor said she’s just living in the moment. “I don’t have any expectations,” Fox said. “There are no labels, there’s none of that. It’s just two people that make each other feel better. It’s like really such a Gemini/Aquarius-like connection.”
Whatever happened in the past, it seems like any and all beef has been squashed between all parties.
Kanye “Ye” West and Julia Fox are not over, despite the speculation. ICYMI (or are not avidly watching Fox’s Instagram), the rumors started when Fox unfollowed Juliye fan accounts and deleted several pictures with West. Cue the question: Did West and Fox break up? Though all signs pointed to a split, Fox cleared up the confusion on her Instagram stories.
On Feb. 6, Fox explained what happened. “Guys, relax. I unfollowed the fan accounts because I was tired of seeing myself, OK? Suddenly, Instagram was not a fun place anymore,” she told the camera. But what about those deleted (see: archived) pics? Apparently, she was sick of the comments accusing her of “only post[ing] the photos [she] looked good in.”
A source told Page Six, “She deleted the photos because commenters were being really mean and she didn’t want to deal.” The comments section was full of people implying that West was “uncomfortable” and “[didn’t] want to be there,” BTW. Not exactly what you want people to say when you post a carousel of pictures of you and your boyfriend from your birthday celebration.
After clearing things up over Instagram, Fox unarchived the posts and edited the caption to add, “YES IM [sic] AWARE I ONLY CHOSE PHOTOS THAT I LOOK GOOD IN 💅🏻.” Honestly, isn’t that what Instagram is all about?
In other words, West’s recent disagreements with Kim Kardashian had nothing to do with Fox’s decision to declutter her Instagram. In fact, another source told Page Six that Fox is pretty understanding about the whole situation, saying, “Julia’s been in the same predicament, so she understands that divorces are messy and when kids are involved it makes it almost impossible.” In December, Fox called her ex Peter Artiev a “dead beat dad” on IG, so she knows a thing or two about public disputes about co-parenting.
“She just wants them to resolve their issues,” the insider added. 100% agree.
Here’s hoping Kimye finds a way to handle things cordially soon. In the meantime, I’ll be refreshing Fox’s Instagram.
Khloé Kardashian and Harry Jowsey may not be dating, but the Too Hot to Handle star is definitely interested in going to know Kardashian better. Last week, Kardashian reportedly denied rumors about she was dating Jowsey. Now, the actor has responded. He too noted they weren’t dating but made sure to shoot his shot with her.
The rumor of the two datings started on Feb. 3 when the @deuxmoi Instagram account shared an anonymous tip. The tip alleged Kardashian was in a new relationship with Jowsey. “One of my closest friends works at a very well-known PR agency in LA and it’s confirmed that Khloé Kardashian and Harry Jowsey are talking,” the tip read. “Apparently they’ve been DM-ing back and forth & texting & then last night he picked up a Bentley and flowers just to deliver them to her house.”
Initially, Jowsey fueled the rumors when he posted a series of cryptic photos on Instagram, one of which included a Bentley with its passenger seat filled with multi-colored roses. “Recently 💗,” he captioned the post.
The next day, Kardashian shut down rumors she and Jowsey were an item. “ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE,” she commented underneath a Kardashian-Jenner fan page’s reposting of @deuxmoi’s tip.
On Feb. 5, TMZ spoke with Jowsey, asking him about the rumors. According to TMZ’s report, Jowsey said the Bentley was “more of a test drive” and the roses weren’t for Kardashian like many assumed. They were for his “queens” at Netflix.
However, Jowsey said interested in getting to know her. “I would actually love to take her on a date. I would love to,” he said in a TMZ video. “I feel like it would be so much fun for her, but I don’t know what her situation is.”
When asked in the TMZ video why Kardashian should give him a chance, Jowsey said, “I guess I wouldn’t cheat on her. That’s probably the biggest one.” He didn’t expand on this statement, but it could be interpreted as a reference to Kardashian’s complicated history with Tristan Thompson, which includes alleged cheating scandals.
“Khloé, I would love to take you on a date,” Jowsey said in the TMZ video, before admitting he had tried to get in touch with Kardashian before.
“I DM’d her a while ago and I said, ‘How are you little hummingbird?’” Jowsey said, adding he deleted his message once the dating rumors surfaced. “Then all that stuff came out, and I unsent it.”
“Ya, I got so embarrassed. She’s going to think I’m a f*cking loser,” he continued.
Kardashian has yet to respond to Jowsey’s comment.

But Jowsey, on the other hand, was more cryptic, seemingly playing into the rumors for some classic social media clout. After all, what else would you expect from a man whose entire career has been grounded in online discourse?
The DeuxMoi tip read as follows: “One of my closest friends works at a very well-known PR agency in LA and it’s confirmed that Khloé Kardashian and Harry Jowsey are talking. And so, what did Jowsey do? He posted a gallery on Instagram, the first slide being of him foamy in the bath, and the second being of a Bentley with its passenger seat filled with roses. Yes, seriously. Talk about a little too on-the-nose to be cryptic!
