Man found severely injured; police asking for info in what will be a homicide

18 year old Antony Richardson was found in Clarksville with severe injuries, and since he is not expected to survive, police are investigating the incident as a homicide. He was found on Britton Springs Road with “severe injuries.” Officials asked the public for any information about Richardson’s activities that day. Anyone with information was asked to call  the Tipsline 931-645-8477, or submit a tip


HICKORY HOLLOW MALL HAS NEW DEVELOPER

Developer Ben Freeland wants to transform the former Hickory Hollow Mall in Antioch into a place people can live, work and play. The man buying the former Hickory Hollow Mall site is calling the place a diamond in the rough. A community meeting will be held on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Southeast Community Center in Antioch. The mall has gone through a couple of transformations from the Hickory Hollow Mall to the Global Mall at the Crossings. If all goes as planned, they want to break ground sometime around the beginning of next year. The hope is to open by the end of 2020.


Federal Judge Orders Trump to Hand Over 8 Years of Tax Returns to Manhattan D.A.

  • A federal judge ruled yesterday that Donald Trump must hand over eight years of tax returns as part of a probe into alleged hush-money payments during the 2016 election.
  • The Manhattan DA’s office is investigating whether Trump criminally falsified business records by noting a $350,000 payment to Michael Cohen as a retainer.
  • Earlier this year, Cohen said the payment was actually reimbursement for hush-money payments to Stormy Daniels and another woman.
  • Trump’s lawyers have already filed an appeal, with an appeals court agreeing to temporarily block the order.

Woman murdered by ex told police a week prior she was scared of retaliation

The woman who police say Jermaine Agee stabbed to death told police last week she was afraid to report abuse for fear of what he might do to her. The staff at Henry Maxwell Elementary contacted police last week after seeing bruises on Mayra Garcia, who police say was murdered by her ex-boyfriend Jermaine Agee on Monday. Agee walked off the school property before police arrived, and Garcia told police he was angry because he thought she cheated on him. Garcia told police she didn’t initially report the domestic abuse because she was scared of what Agee might do. Agee was charged with domestic abuse but bonded out before allegedly stabbing Garcia and her son to death and critically injuring her 15-year-old daughter.


Good Samaritan shot during confrontation at RiverGate pet store

A man and his girlfriend were preparing to leave PetSmart on Gallatin Pike Monday night when they noticed a confrontation between   Martelle Black,   year old and 20 year old Desirae Sensing, The man reportedly confronted Black about “laying his hands on a woman.” An argument between the two men escalated and police said Black pulled out a handgun and fired several shots toward the man, hitting him. The shooting victim was transported to TriStar Skyline Medical Center for treatment, officers revealed. His condition was not known. Sesing and Black were eventually taken into custody in Goodlettsville.
