Urban Legacy Ball

The Urban Legacy Ball is a formal annual event that combines elegance, fashion, awards, and charity into one red carpet event with a touch of urban swagger.  The Urban Legacy Ball will be hosted by 101.1 the Beat’s on Zach Boog and Kenya Raymer.

This red carpet event will feature a VIP area offering those patrons a variety of delectable dinning options from Rockys Wingz and Catering and a complementary beverage from BunchPunch to pair with their meal in preparation for the evening’s events.

The ULB will take the time to honor men and women that have had a positive impact on our communities here in Nashville and surrounding areas. These individuals who have helped to better our communities and have or will leave a legacy based on their actions in our neighborhoods will receive awards.  The honorees will be Mr. Odell Bradley for his work in the community with young men coaching football and basketball.  Our other honoree will be Ms. Andre’ Prince Jeffereies who is the owner of Prince’s Hot Chicken.  She has already built a legacy to leave behind that many are trying to replicate buy leading the obsession and craze over what is the “Nashville Hot chicken” recipe.  Photography that evening will be done by the talented Terrence Middlebrooks who has years of experience being a professional photographer as well as being a model.

The entertainment at the ULB will be a fashion show like no other.  This will be directed by the beautiful Jasmine Dary, who has many years of modeling experience herself.  The overall production of the show will be a delight to experience.  Models will be displaying clothing from Jacquise Simone, ShadeEsistas, Lizmclean Apparel, Shop Runway Boutique, Mystiik Boutique and Dynasty Clothing.

In addition to the awards and a fashion show we will be giving back to the community through charitable contribution.  A portion of the ULB proceeds will go towards a book scholarship for a graduating senior of 2017.  We feel that having books and the proper supplies for school is an imperative part of being successful in college.

The evening’s music will be provided by DJ Kingseed. He will keep the event flowing smoothly while speaking to the audience and playing music to fit the mood of the evening. After the awards are given out and the models have graced us with their presence, the mood will be that of celebration led by 101.1 the beats own Joe Major.

The ULB is like no other event you have ever experienced and you definitely want to be in attendance as the Urban Legacy Ball pays homage to the past, the present, and looks forward to the future.
