A 2-hour television special honoring legendary African American icons who have influenced and made significant contributions to American music.

Enjoy performances by Andra Day, Eddie Levert, Tina Campbell (Mary Mary), The Bar-Kays, Ann Nesby, Stokley Williams (Mint Condition), Chubb Rock and many more as we pay tribute to the following music legends:

  • Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis
  • Pastor Shirley Caesar
  • Big Daddy Kane
  • Dionne Warwick
  • Clarence Avant
  • Stax Records

This star-studded evening will be hosted by Malcolm-Jamal Warner and Ledisi.
