Rumors have swirled that the 83-year-old ‘Tutti Frutti’ singer’s health has been deteriorating for some time now. Little Richard did have a serious drug and alcohol addiction in the early seventies but after several personal tragedies turned his life to God. In 2013, he revealed that he had suffered a heart attack at his home the week prior. Little Richard stated, “Jesus had something for me. He brought me through”.
