She’s The Wiz

The Wiz Live will be on NBC on Thursday, December 3rd at 7pm central and I surely will be watching.  I have seen the movie countless times, seen the show on Broadway as a tot, and was even in the ensemble of a college production of the musical. Now there is a new rendition of this popular story and I am eager to see the differences between the upcoming show, and the stage and film versions.

By the Way:

I do predict that David Alan Grier will be hilarious as the cowardly lion and Ne-Yo’s choreography will have him spinning around at least 15 times as the heart-less Tin Man.

So:

December 3rd 8/7c…I’m booked… I have a date with #TheWiz on #NBC.
