That Classik Music by Jene’ India

I have always been an admirer of them down south country boys for some reason! Maybe it’s this man’s southern charm, laid back mannerisms, or unapologetic expression of love in his music. Maybe it’s my fascination after learning that he started his musical journey as a percussionist and has transitioned into such a well-respected singer, songwriter, and producer. One thing’s for sure, the Kentucky raised singer/songwriter, Classik Levine, is giving the music world what it needs and that’s “Classik” music. I’m not just talking about good songs with decent lyrics either. I’m talking about those slow nasty grooves that only certain male artists can give us. Through his exploration of new sides of music, Levine is bringing new flavor with a somewhat old skool feel. I mean, you can hear and feel the Keith Sweat influence in songs like “No Interviews”. We’re lucky enough to see this brother perform live at many venues right here in Music City.

Look for his next single “DSGWAB” off his upcoming album “Traveler”
